Light blue mini skirt, lightly worn

100% cotton skirt needs a new home! I really like this skirt but just don't wear it any more. Fully functional zippers and pockets, one on each side. Cute black elastic along the hips. Fits higher on the waist, and hits me at the top 1/3 of my thigh. It says it is a small but I feel it is more on the XS side. Open to trade!
