Light blue off the shoulder top

An adorable light blue off the shoulder top with pompoms! The top has elastic to stretch along shoulders. This shirt works perfectly with a pair of jeans or an adorable skirt ☺️This shirt was only worn twice but does have very minor pilling. Pictured above in the last photo. The damage is so minor it is extremely hard to tell unless you look closely.
