Light blue satin mini dress

This dress is so so adorable but I never wore it. It is in a size XS and is adjustable at the sides and on the shoulder strap so it will fit a large range of sizes. Brand new with tags. Not by urban outfitters- it is by a brand called Peppermayo which was very expensive and is really high quality.
