Light blue, short dress by "IN", size Large.

IN dress, size large, light blue. Worn once and fit perfectly, fell right above my knees (I"m 5'1" and was 140 lbs when I wore it). No stains, snags, or rips. Sheer overlay makes it nice a flowy. Halter cut top with scalloped edges. One small button at top of neck, in the back.
