Light blue spring/wedding guest dress

Blue brunch/spring special occasion dress from Francesca's. Loved it but never had a chance to wear it. Lined with a floral knit overlay and has pockets!!! Size medium with an umpire waist. measurements in pics. Let me know if you have any questions.
