The 100% polyester dress has a blue lining and a deep cut back. Label says L but I am 5’5” and about 123 lbs and it fits fine. Skirt measures 18” from waist; waist measures 29” around and measurement around at bottom of armhole is about 35”. The thread attaching one side of back label is slightly discolored, as shown in photo
