Light blue tulle prom dress!

Worn once, loved it! Bought this from edressit boutique in San Francisco. All tulle, with sweetheart neckline. Two tulle straps attached at hem that can be tied around neck in various ways to make different necklines. Also two spaghetti straps that can be attached easily if you don't want strapless. Perfect condition! Size 2, fits cup size a-c, don't need bra because built in! Beautifully gathered tulle around neckline.
