Light blue with black lace dress

This is a really pretty dress. I got it for my sweet sixteen four years ago and I just never have worn it since. I've only worn it once. Perfect condition no imperfections. Always been stored in a smoke free home and very well taken care of. It's a medium. Fits a 2-4. Can be made strapless and removable tie belt.
