Light floral boho style babydoll top/dress by Easel

As a dress it would def be a mini, I’ve worn it over bikers as a top it’s long and flowey with a pretty tiny floral print with whites, creams, greens, oranges in the print. Has two ties on the v neck, cute ruffle bell sleeves and a ruffled hem.
