Light in the Box Evening Dress, Size Missing. See Measurements!

Mermaid Colors! I originally bought the dress to make granddaughters princes dresses but never got around to it! Straps are missing and I think it may have had some type of decoration on right side where waist are goes up. There are 2 layers of green lining fabric with the overlays of the sheer fabric. Formed bust area and tie bustierre in back. Approximate measurements: Pit to pit: 18” ( can be pulled tighter in back). Waist:16” Length: 56” Someone may want to transform it to its beauty or make mermaid dresses for their little ones!!
