Light summer blazer

Oversize blazer from Forever21; cotton shell feels light like linen. Very light and thin cotton liner. Says size is Small but I can imagine this sizing up quite easily to a medium or possibly even a fitted large. Built in shoulder pads add structure but are not overwhelming. This would go great with white pants and shirt, almost any color, even a dress… All said this is a great summer jacket and I wish it fit me!
