Light summer sweater or swim suit cover up

Sweet handmade light sweater of swimsuit cover up. Well made and very fun colors. Not sure of the size, but I would guess an oversized small, please reference the flat measurements. Not sure of yarn, but it feels like cotton- not 100% sure on that though. PTP 21” Sleeve 8” Waist 22” Length 26”
