@leenyluvvintage please see photos I just posted. The length of the dress is around 33-35 inches ( depends on the tie knots length)
The width of chest area is about 17.5 inches.
You can untie the knot and adjust the length you want.

Yeah, Madewell dress sometimes is on the bigger side. This XXS is more like a XS/S. The reviews on Madewell said they size down for this dress.
