Lightly lined bandeau from Hottopic

Only wore once for a St.Patty's Day celebration a few years ago. This lightly lined bandeau can be put over a strapless bra(which I am doing in the picture) or worn without one. With a nice stretchy material and a fully functional zipper, putting it on is a breeze! It's nice and lightweight, with that punk rock slash distortion in the soft black fabric that reveals a stunning emerald green fabric with polka dot shimmer detail. A perfect pair with any muscle tanks, or sheer tops.
