Lightly sparkly silver cowl neck tank

This is such a cool Y2K clubbing type piece. Great tucked loosely into black jeans or skirt. Originally thrifted in Australia so I do not know the brand! Worn only a handful of times. I have G cup boobs and it still is not tight on the chest so it definitely has stretch. The straps are also very stretchy.
