Lightly used girls cowgirl boots

Smokey mountain floral embroidered cowgirl boots. Size 1.5 Y Lightly used- maybe worn 7 times and now they are too small for my daughter. I’m unsure how to clean them and don’t want to ruin the leather, so I’m sure with a little polish, they would look brand new again.
