Lightweight Beautiful Dress Shell

This is more of a cover. They can be worn with a short dress or a tank top and leggings. At the elastic waist, there is a 3 buttons closure. It is a sheer material but not quite see-through. Tag has been cut so I can't tell you what it's made of, I can just assume that it is a polyester. Nice and airy for the summer.
