Lightweight ELLE Cotton Color-block Striped Sweater

I love this sweater to pop on over a swim suit on spring break! The periwinkle at the top is so cute. This item has only been worn a handful of times, but has hardly noticeable small stains on the front (shown in last two pictures). Other than that, this sweater is in great condition.
