linlou06 @emilyowens866 it’s more of a nylon. I don’t think it’s entirely waterproof. Like if you submerged it in water but has always kept me dry in the rain.

linlou06 @emilyowens866 it’s not too stretchy but does have the adjustable tabs where you can scrunch it in to be more form fitting it you want. And it would be perfect for what you are looking for. It’s definitely breathable.
