Lightweight Long-Sleeve Windbreaker, Cropoed, with the word "SPORTY" Red, Black

This is not the highest quality item, but upon observing it in the thrift store, I just thought it was funny. If you need to announce to the world that you're sporty on a chilly day, this jacket is for you. There is no brand or size tag. Best guess is fits like a small, but the sleeves are long on me.
