Lightweight Navy blouse with sheer partial sleeve

Super lightweight with partial sheer sleeves and lower waist. I love this style, I have two others tops just like this but gained too many lbs to enjoy 🤦🏼‍♀️ Slightly see though but totally fine to wear a bra under, or tank if you prefer
