Lightweight Navy summer dress

Old faithful dress, its small to medium (tag medium) with flattering shape. Stretchy waist band and adjustable straps. I still love the dress but my style has changed. My sizes are 26” waist usually a size small, 34B bust, and 5’8” in height. Stretchy waist stretches to about 30” Shoes also for sale.
