This jacket would be perfect for an avid runner. It is very lightweight, perfect for a top layer. It has two zipper pockets in the front. The waist is able to be tightened to keep out the wind and he back has a flap over very breathable mesh. There are two small stains that might be able to be washed out and they are very hard to see.
