Lightweight bright blue cardigan

LOFT lightweight blue cardigan. It is longer in length, great layering piece! The buttons are very unique, they are shiny and resemble flowers. Can be worn buttoned or open over a top. There is a small pull of thread on the first button at the top, otherwise it is in perfect condition.
