Lightweight cotton romper

Lightweight cotton romper with adjustable straps and ruffle detail along the hem of the shorts. From the elastic band around the true waist/under the bus down to the bottom of the shorts is 13 1/2 inches. From the top part of the front where the strap begins down to the natural waste is 11 inches. Can be worn in the spring summer and would look super cute with a chunky sweater and boots for the fall.
