Lightweight, printed peplum blouse

Gorgeous, lightweight peplum blouse, cotton and rayon with lovely print. Turns out it’s a tiny bit too tight through the chest/upper arms for me (size 2X at nearly all plus retailers). Hits at hip, not a super showy peplum, just a bit more ease. No stretch. Wrinkled from being in storage, but no other flaws.
