bittysweens @nathaliefree Hello! These do run true to size, yes. If anything, slightly on the more forgiving side. I'm usually a medium or a small and the small fits well. There is elastic in the waist. Its extremely comfortable. I just dont love rompers on me or I would keep one for myself!
