Lightweight short sleeve sweater dress. Size L on tag but fits like a Small!

Lightweight short sleeve sweater dress- grey with black horizontal strips. Small left breast pocket with buttons and cute button detail on right shoulder. Length hits high on thigh- could describe as a mini dress. Size L on the tag but runs very small. I’m 5’5 and wear a size small or a 4 and this dress fits like a small! Looks great with tights or leggings and tall boots!
