sbika @taralezh yes, it does come with a blouse. It’s a halter style. Will provide measurement by tonight. It fits small to medium…maybe even large since there is material inside to expand. ☺️

sbika @taralezh hi, I added a picture of just the blouse so you can take a look at it. It does have 1.5 inches of extra material inside for alteration. It’s 28” at waist, 32” around chest (does have padding inside since It’s halter top and low back. Let me know if there is any other info you need.
