This jacket is from Shein. It is listed as an XL (US 12) but it is easily a 3X-4X. I couldn’t return as it was final sale. Never been worn. Would have loved it if it weren’t so big.

marybethlemily @heatburg From where I bought it online, Shein, this is what it says: US SIZE 12. Shoulder 16.5 inch, length 31.5 inch, sleeve length 28.6 inch, bust 56.7 inch,waist size 56.3 inches, cuff 9.4 inches.
