Absolutely GORGEOUS flowing halter dress by Bebe. Color: Ivory Size: Small Halter / Open Front / Detailed with silky roses made from ruffles Hits to mid thigh/above the knee. Side hidden zipper. Open back. Double lined. Worn Once to the Kentucky Derby (and it was fantastic)! I’m a non-smoker / No pets.
