Like New Black Dress Size Small. The length can be adjusted by folding under and/or scrunching the fabric up. Double lined and high neck design. No flaws and only wore for 1 work event. Fabric is rayon and spandex and is body hugging. Just hand washed and rack air dried. Measures 39 in long when laying flat (but this can be adjusted) and 12.5 in across when laying flat (fabric expands). The dress has two white lines across (this was from the drying rack) but are not stains. Just wanted to point this out.
