@chrissiet Lying flat, the dress is approximately 37” from the drawstring waist. But the material is very stretchy and ends up being longer. I’m 5’ 4” and am able to place the waistband at my waistline and wear flats; while the hem just skims the floor. It could be worn lower on the hips, but I prefer it with a puffier top section and flats instead of heels. I hope that is helpful. Let me know if you have any other questions.
