Like New Black Velvet Yoked A-Line Twirly Skirt, Sz 16

This is a black velvet skirt with a wide waistband, and just below the knees twirly skirt (1/2-1/4 circle). The skirt is lined and closes with a side zipper and hook. The velvet is a rich black, soft and with good flow. Isaac Mizrahi for Target, Size 16. Cotton/Rayon, machine wash. It is just a little big for me, so I've only worn it once or twice.
