Super sweet dress. Layered. The bottom piece of the dress is split in three sections so as you walk it flows in the wind. I wore this a few times. Men and women turned as I walked and received many compliments. From shoulder to hemline is 47 inches. Nice tie back to adjust. Very comfy for an evening out or catching brunch with your girls on a nice day out.
