Worn once, perfect condition! Club Monaco Jamia silk blue and teal floral dress on a black base. 100% lightweight silk. Can be worn on or off the shoulder. Full length sleeves with non-elasticated cuffs. Elastic waist with ties. Tiered hem. Measurements: 19" pit to pit 12.75" across waist (stretches) 41" length Size 00 but runs large. Would fit a 0/2.
