@rhaja23 Hi! Everything is attached, plastic bag for dirty diapers (I think that's what it's for), the changing mat that still has original tissue and the tag for personal information. There are two stains, towards the bottom of the front pocket and on the side pocket from baby lotion. They are on the outside and not on the inside. They can probably be washed out.
