Like New Iceberg white cotton sleeveless blouse. This blouse is stunning: mandarin collar, fabric covered front buttons, back center panel & of course the fabulous pleated cap sleeves. Sleeves are smartly tailored, not too feminine & they allow for movement since the pleats are only along the top. Very comfortable w/a bit of spandex too! Made in Italy.
