Like New Lightweight Blue Off Shoulder Top Shirt

I think I wore this once…maybe twice. Selling it as I have nearly an identical one to it. Flowy and comfortable. I see there are a couple of stitches missing on the front tie. Please see pics. Can also be worn off the shoulder.
