This Stunning Oleg Cassini (bought at David’s Bridal) is the perfect dress to wear to a party or wedding in the fall or winter. It is fully lined. Polyester/ spandex material with a back zipper. The cascade ruffle and V-neck are very flattering. I only wore this once to an engagement party. I also bought in a 16 which I did not wear so I have that listed NWT separately.
