Like New Polka Dotted Blouse w/ 3/4 Sleeves

Like New, worn once. Blouse is a comfy spandexy type material w/ good stretch. 3/4 sleeves with gathered hem. The waistband is also gathered, so this Blouse has a nice billowing feel. It is black with blue, tan, red and cream colored Polka dots throughout. Neckline looks nicer on as it has gathered seems which lay nicely across chest. Measures 19" across front at underarms and 25" shoulder to front bottom hem. Would pair well with dress pants, skirt, or jeans! Size S but could easily fit Medium
