gcone Can you measure the waist with a tape measure lying flat? Usually size 28 measures anywhere from 14" - 16" on one side. So size 28 isn't necessarily the waist size. Also can you measure the rise with a tape measure as well. Measure from the first crotch seam to the very top of the waistband (above the button). Midrise varies anywhere from 8 - 10. I need the actual inches because this could make a difference on whether I can wear them or not.
