The waistband has two elastic side panels, one on each side, to help you get best fit. The waistband circumference measured without stretch is 28 inches. The waist band circumference measured with stretch is 32.5 inches. The inseam is 7 inches. The fabric is wrinkle free and quick drying. Color is tan.
