Like New! Velvet appliqués /sateen poly fabric-10

Super gorgeous! Wear with pants or skirt. I wore a couple of times. All designs are in tact. Only a small makeup blemish in the inside liner by the collar area that the dry cleaners could not remove. See last photo for that detail.
