Is the bag fading?
Is that the original strap? Looks like lighter color.
Is the back pocket leather edge still soft?
Is it cracking on pocket top edge?

@tmpmustang the color on the bag is not fading. Yes the strap is original, I believe there is a shadow from the camera flash making it appear discolored. The leather is soft, it is not cracked on the pocket, they are more like soft wrinkles that are less visible in person.
