Really beautiful and comfortable Soho by New York and Company black short sleeve short romper. Can be worn as a scoop neck or off the shoulder since the neckline has elastic. Has pockets at front and a drawstring elastic waist. Waist measures about 14” across lying flat. Length is about 30 1/2” from shoulder to hem. Inseam on shorts is about 3 1/2 in.
