Like brand new classy yet sexy dress

This dress was worn literally 2 hours. It's in perfect condition. I'm 5'4 it came down to the middle/top part of my knees. It's fitted in the waist but was still able to accommodate my bust across the chest. I would say it runs small and would best fit a 12. There is not much stretch.
