Worn only once. Gorgeous Aakaa brand dress or tunic. Has gorgeous, flowy ruffles at the handkerchief hemline. There are short, billowy sleeves with a cuff. There is a deep V-neck and the back has a low V with a tie. Colors are perfect for spring-light oranges and deep pinks. This would make a great bathing suit cover-up as well.
