You can’t beat Barbara Bixby quality and attention to detail. The stones in the flower motif are Blue Iolite which is a light to medium blue with a purple tinge- not a true blue. There is a clear stone in the center, probably white topaz or white sapphire. It has two 18k gold flowers flanking the top design. I only wore it a few times. It is a size 7.
