Like new! Beautiful navy floral short sleeve dress

Like new! Totally lovely & *very* flattering! Navy w/ chic floral design. Fabric drapes wonderfully. Perfect V-neck & pretty darting at bust. Touch of elastic ruching at back creates a custom (&comfy!) fit. Skirt is lined. Matching removable tie belt. Mint cond’t! Only worn once! No damage, defects, or stains. Comes from smoke-free home. Note: I removed care tag but it’s hand wash or dry clean. Steam to remove wrinkles (hanging it in steamy bathroom worked). Hand washed once & laid flat to dry.
